We convert dense point clouds to structured IFC models (LOD 200–350, IFC 2x3 / 4.3).
Typical Scan-to-BIM modelling: €3.5–10/m² under 1 500 m²; €1.5–4/m² above 10 000 m².
Field survey (FARO / BLK): €3–4/m² (public-tender reference prices) + €750 mobilisation.
Maximum LOD delivered: 350. We do not deliver LOD 400 or 500.

## Pricing model
Rate per m² follows a power-law decay: €/m² = a / √area + floor.
Three complexity tiers (a / floor): normal 55 / 0.25, visible structure 74 / 0.35, high complexity 100 / 0.50.
Variability: ±30–35 %. Curve fitted to real projects 2021–2026 and public-tender reference prices.
